Our community was started in 1956 and boasts families who have been here 40+ years. Originally Harry Parkington the founder Intended the 20 acre parcel to have custom homes built on it, but when local campgrounds were are maximum capacity, the campers started showing up on the Parkingtons newly cleared property.  Each new day new campers were showing up and Mr. Parkington realized this might work for his family. Within just a few short years the community grew to over 100 campsites and now has evolved as a manufactured home community.

In 2020 we broke ground in our newest development at Massasoit Hills. Adding 10 top of the line Manufactured Homes we welcomed in the weekend warriors, snowbirds and year-round home owners. We always have a current list of available properties for you to check out.

Living at Massasoit Hills gives it's tenants the opportunity to get residential beach stickers for the Town of Wellfleet. The monthly land lease fee covers the cost of water, septic, trash, snow removal all without having a land tax fee.  If you have any questions let us know.
